Bro-in-Law catches a rockfish on Aberdeen Creek

Over Labor Day, I took my wife, her brother and his wife on my big boat, Club Level, for a weekend anchored in Harness Creek.

Sunday morning at 7:30am we decided to take a shot at some fishing before breakfast off of my 12-foot Triumph dinghy. My brother in-law, Dave Janney, hooked a beautiful 21.5-inch rockfish  eight-feet from the shoreline in thee-feet of water next to a boathouse on Aberdeen Creek, South River.

Caught on 1/2 oz Kastmaster Fire Tiger on 6 lb. test.

I love fishing in the creeks this time of year!!!
