Miracle on 34th Street in Baltimore

One block of the Hampden neighborhood puts on a Christmas light display that blasts the eyeballs with holiday cheer. Neighbors in this block of rowhouses string Christmas lights across 34th Street. Inflatable snowglobes, musical trains and blinking angels adorn homes. A few even allow visitors to peek inside. The lights are on every night from Thanksgiving weekend to January 1st, including all night on Christmas Eve. FREE.  Learn More

Lights on the Bay at Sandy Point State Park

“Lights on the Bay” at Sandy Point State Park on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay has become a tradition for many families for the past decade. The Lights on the Bay display sponsored by the Anne Arundel Medical Center,is a scenic drive along the shore with more than 60 spectacular animated and stationary displays illuminating the roadway.  $15/car, $28/large van and mini-bus, $50/bus.

Gaithersburg Winter Lights Festival at Seneca Creek State Park

2015 Symphony of Lights in Columbia – Postponed

Symphony of Lights festivities are in the redeveloped Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods in Columbia. Howard County General Hospital and the Howard Hospital Foundation thank all of you who have volunteered, participated or sponsored Symphony of Lights over the past 21 years.
